International Conference on Recent Trends in Information Systems will be organized by Computer Chapter, GOLD Affinity Group, IEEE Calcutta Section, CMATER, SRUVM Project, CSE Dept., Jadavpur University, India and Computer Jagat during December 21-23, 2011. The earlier first and second National Conferences on Recent Trends in Information Systems were organized by CMATER, SRUVM Project, Dept. of Computer Science and Engineering, Jadavpur University, Kolkata, India, in collaboration with IEEE GOLD Affinity Group, IEEE Calcutta Section and Computer Jagat in 2006 and 2008 respectively. The second conference also received patronage from industries. Both the conferences were attended by a large number of author-presenters and interested persons from academia and industries.
The purpose of the Conference is to provide a common forum for researchers, scientists, and students from India and abroad to present their latest research findings, ideas, developments and applications in the broader areas of Information Systems. Prospective authors are invited to submit research papers (6 pages in IEEE double column format) in the following areas, but not limited to:
